Does Geoff Lawson Make A Valid Point Here?

Finally, Lawson comes up with something I can agree with. I think he is spot on with this one. For example, I think Watson is a great player but a test opener? No chance. A lot of decisions made by the selectors don't seem to be for the long term good of the team and seem to have a marketing mentality behind them.Another thing, why can a player be dropped so quickly from a team but a selector can hold onto their spot despite the number of stupid decisions they make?
