Where in Singapore can i buy SP/DIF coaxial cable to connect from my HD set top box to my A/V receiver.?

The above cable is to connect the HD set top box to my a/v receiver. According to the brochures from the cable operator , it states this would enable me to receive sound in surround 5.1.
