Why Is TNA So crap?

They are trying to be like the wwe 8 years ago, they just use old wwe talent, for e.g team 3d,kurt angle, christian, booker, VKM, Tomko, + more they try to make abyss like the old kane and that mitchell guy like paul bearer, they even try send a plane over the arena were wrestlemania was held, how low can they get!
