yeah im sure he does. if a guy gets all happy like that and messes with you often it's usually a sign. maybe you should ask him if he's doing anything on a certain day and just hang out with him. from there it may even go further. when a guy says he was "just wondering" thats a total lie. guys dont say things like that unless they mean them. good luck!!
