Is San Juan, Puerto Rico or Cartagena, Colombia a better destination to travel?

honestly I'd go to PR if I were you because it is a lot cheaper. there is a lot of rich history there and it's absolutely beautiful. Columbia has been having a lot of problems with the drug trade and with abductions, etc. Considering the problems with drugs at the moment, PR is the best bet for a safe and relaxing vacation.
