sounds like your uncle really does love you. He probably just gives you things because it makes him feel good. He obviously cares about you, so just show your gratitude. It's not about what your uncle spends on you and how much more money your father makes. The cliche is true, "it's the thought that counts." Just be happy you have both of them in your life now, and don't worry about who makes more. Make sure you show your appreciation, and if you feel you get too many presents, say so. hope this helped.
