Why should Dallas trade for Jason Kidd?

Damn, Jason Kidd can't shoot the outside shoot the ball at all. Hell, he can't shoot the ball. Being a point guard is about having the complete package. He didn't show up in the finals against the Spurs against Tony Parker back in the day. Funny thing was I believe that it was Tony's rookie season, too. That time they was saying how good Kidd was and that Tony should be traded for him to make the Spurs better. Okay, since when did the Nets win a Championship with Kidd? Didn't the Nets have an all-star team then. They got stars on their team but can't win now so what makes you nuccas things that Kidd will bring a championship to the Mavericks? I guess Shaq is suppose to bring the championship to Phoenix, too. Dallas blew it against Miami because obviously nobody stepped up in the finals when Dirk couldn't deliver. Dallas won't win a championship with Kidd!
