Can the rapture happen on resurrection day?

I'm just wondering if the rapture can happen on resurrection day because the lord Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven to be with his heavenly father. Also in some chapter in the bible that i've read, it says that all of those who died in christ will resurrect from the dead to be with the lord and those who are alive will disappear in a twinkling of an eye.
