I'm thinking Urban Outfitters or American Apparel? Urban Outfitters has lots of tees, accessories, fedoras, gles, blazers, etc. And American Apparel has those shiny, liquid leggings, tees, gles, a whole bunch of basics you can mix and match for that look. I hope I helped!
