How did the columbian exchange change the economic growth of the aztec,inca, and mayan civilizations?

You do know the Indigenous would be killed off , enslave, and oppress or for next hundreds of years. The Columbian exchanged didn't really give any economic growth to the Aztec or Incas, European basically wiped out their civilizations, it was European economies that grew because of the Columbian exchange not the natives.
